Persian lime curry

Discover the wonderful flavours of the Middle East with this amazing and unique citrus curry sauce. Our own blend of fresh Arabic spices contains delicious ingredients that are very common in the Middle East. A nice, fresh hit of dried lime, pomegranate molasses and a hint of rose somewhere in the background, and you have yourself a one-of-a-kind sauce. Simmer with lamb or try with fish. To be honest, this sauce is heavenly delicious with any veggies or meats, rather like the tagine sauce but much more zesty.
