Delivery info
We are currently offering free delivery on orders over £15 (4 pouches or more). Free delivery can take between 3-7 days to arrrive. If your order is delayed and will take longer, we will let you know as early as we can. Standard delivery is offered for smaller orders. The price for this is the cost of 2nd class small parcel delivery with Royal Mail. This normally takes 3-4 days from dispatch.
The price to be paid by you will be the price advertised on our website at the time you place your order. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include all applicable taxes.
Transactions will be processed via Paypal using a secure server, or with Stripe through our secure site. We do not store any of your credit card details.
Postage and Packing are shown on the checkout page and delivery page & cover deliveries within the UK only. We do not deliver outside of the UK at the moment.
All internet orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of confirmation. This will be by courier or Royal Mail, whichever we deem to be more appropriate. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, or faulty Spicymonkey will not be liable for any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods dispatched. Please let us know of any problems as soon as you become aware of them and within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods. We endeavour to deliver all orders within 7 days, but in any case, full payment must be received before dispatch.
Returns policy
To return an item within 30 days of purchase, simply indicate the reason for your return on your invoice, include it with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery postal or shipping service.
If you do not have your invoice copy, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.
